The mobile signal booster takes an existing 4G LTE signal from outside your home, office, or car, brings it in, amplifies it and then broadcasts it to an area with poor cellular service.
The signal booster is smart enough to let you know whether it's working fine or not by displaying the appropriate colour of the LED indicator.
The amplifier contains 'Inactive Mode' for safety and energy saving: when there are no users, it goes into sleep mode to minimise power consumption and temperature.
Self-oscillation can occur if the signal from outside is too strong, or the antennas are not placed far enough apart. However, if the signal booster detects the problem set forth above and you have full bands, but no calls or data, it will limit the gain to fix the problem or to switch off.

What is LTE Voice (VoLTE) and what are its benefits?
VoLTE (Voice over LTE) converts voice to data stream, allowing you to make and receive calls over a high-speed IP channel. Your gadget doesn't waste time switching between communication systems, so the connection takes 1-1.5 seconds. This technology has several significant advantages:
High-quality sound transmission due to the support of a set of HD Voice codecs. While a sound is transmitted with frequency of up to 3400 Hz for regular telephony, the sound range during a VoLTE call grows up to 7000 Hz and more. So you hear speech without any noise or distortion.
Simultaneous calls and working with data. Using VoLTE you can simultaneously talk on the phone, browse Instagram, download a movie, navigate the area with a GPS, etc.
Increased mobile network capacity. One base station through VoLTE can serve up to 3 times more users than through 3G. This means that you do not have to worry about communication interruptions due to telephone line overload.
